Who We Are

Gola & Esther Tiruneh

Evangelist Gola Tiruneh was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and raised in a Christian family. He received his call to ministry in his late teens while living in Canada, where he completed Bible school training in 2002. In 2004, he traveled to Indonesia for a mission trip and has remained there ever since, continuing his ministry to this day. Gola met his wife, Esther, in Indonesia. Raised in a Buddhist family, Esther came to faith in Christ before they married in 2010. They have a son named Benjamin. Ev. Gola Tiruneh is an ordained minister with Ministers Network Canada.

Vision Statement

Evangelist Gola Tiruneh and the GGNI ministry team are driven by a passionate desire to take the Gospel to the unreached regions of Indonesia, Asia, and beyond. Together with our ministry partners, we are actively organizing gospel campaigns, training seminars, mission trips to unreached tribes, and house-to-house discipleship ministries.

 

Faith Statement

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. The third day he arose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty, whence he shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy universal Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
